It's officially been a week since I told my dad that I was going to get a car. It's officially been a week since he hasn't replied.

My brother IM'd me today...

him: are you home?

me: no

him: so you're getting a new car?

me: i already got one ya

him: What

me: [sign-off]

I refuse to let my brother become an outlet of information for everyone else. If my dad wants to know how I'm doing, where I am, or what kind of car I got...he can ask me himself.

My brother just texted me "what car did you get" and I had to reply.......hah, so much for being assertive.
