The importance of follow-through
You're only as good as your word. If you say you're going to do something, than it is very important to follow-though on those words with actions. I believe that a person's character can be described by their repeated actions, or in some cases, lack there of. It can be really annoying when people say that they're going to do something, and they don't. It is even more annoying when this is an ongoing act of disregard and utter display of unreliability. After time, I've come to realize that it's just best to take these peoples' words very lightly - with the slightest grain of salt. When people consistently fail to follow-through with things they say they will do, I can't help but to chuckle or smirk every time they vehemently promise something. I'll believe it when I see it. At the end of the day, you can't expect anything from people whom you regard in this way.
